Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $350 nonrefundable fee for each pet. We are waiving our $20 pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

From I-35, take the exit for the President George Bush Turnpike (Route 190) heading north (right), then take the first exit, which is Old Denton Road. Head north (left) on Old Denton Road (you'll see Wal-Mart on the right). Continue until you reach the stoplight at Mac Arthur Drive (you'll see 24-Hour Fitness on the left). Turn left (west) on Mac Arthur Drive. We're just ahead on the right. Follow the signs to our Leasing Office. From the North Dallas Parkway, take the President George Bush Turnpike (Route 190) heading west. Continue to the Old Denton Road exit and turn right (north) (you'll see Wal-Mart on the right).
