We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $350 nonrefundable fee for each pet. We are waiving our $20 pet rent. We are pet friendly, there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
