Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. We have a $350 nonrefundable fee for each pet. We are waiving our $20 pet rent. We are pet friendly and there is no weight limit however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Preston Creek is the first community on the left. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home. 2) From Plano/George Bush Turnpike(190): Head South on Preston Road and continue for about 5 miles. Once you pass Beltline you will see 2 great shopping centers on each side containing Tom Thumb, Bank of America, Boston Market, Lubby's, and Dickey's Barbecue. Continue to the next stop light.
