The location of Creekside Apartments is ideal. There's nearby access to the Cherry Creek Bike Trail, and major shopping (including Whole Foods, King Soopers, and Home Depot) is only a few blocks away. The Glendale Sports Center is also a couple blocks away. I used to live at The Rise at Cherry Creek, which is a block away from Creek
Creekside Apartments is located near many shopping options as well as near many parks and a bike path. The amenities at Creekside are really nice, including a pool, fitness/game room, sand volleyball court, and a basketball court. The complex is also pet friendly! Everyone I have worked with as I moved into my new home has been super
I recently moved into Creekside Apartments and so far the experience has been great. The leasing process went smoothly and my apartment was clean and I have had no complaints since I moved in. I really enjoy the pool area which has been great for the summer. The location is amazing, right on cherry creek trail and close to a lot of g
I've lived at Creekside in their 1Br/1Ba unit since December. I really enjoy it. When I've had issues (twice since moving in, garbage disposal and shower) maintenance has been super quick to fix the problems and very pleasant. My rent is awesome for the location. I love being walking distance to cherry creek and dipping my feet in on
I have lived at Creekside for over over 17 months now. I re-signed my lease a couple of months ago for another year because I really enjoy it here. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Everyone that works in the office is friendly and helpful. The pool has been a nice commodity this summer. Pet friendly so that is nice. My
I have lived here for three years now. Honestly, it has gone very well. It's quiet at night, the complex looks and feels peaceful and the front office does a good job responding to and repairing problems/issues. Only strikes against Creekside Apartments is the lack of parking and the laundry situation. No place is perfect. Would
I love the grounds and how close it is to so many things to do and places to eat. My only slight complaint is that I feel like they water a bit too much. There are always muddy spots around when I am out walking my dog. But the pool is nice and hardly ever crowded and the dog park is a lot of fun and really convenient.
I've been at Creekside for almost a year and have had no problems what so ever! I really enjoyed the location, especially being right by the Cherry Creek trail, and the maintenance team is awesome and timely.
I've been living here for about 2 years and things I love about this apartment complex are...location is perfect, the price is decent considering the location, my neighbors are wonderful and the maintenance team is amazing! There are somethings that I feel needs some improvement but nothing that wouldn't stop me from renewing my lea
I've lived at Creekside Apartments for a couple months now, and the area is great. I'm right by my work, and I love that I can grill out anytime I want. The pool area is lots of fun also. They're very quick about getting things fixed. I lost my medical bracelet down the drain and maintenance did everything they could to retrieve it.
After coming from a nightmare of a living and landlord situation before, this place is a breath of fresh air. Maintenance staff is beyond respectful and my service request was responded to promptly. (Would have been faster if I actually answered the phone for unknown numbers.) Heck, the guy who came to fix the few things that were wr
We've been living here for three months, and have really enjoyed our stay so far. It's centrally located, it feels safe, and I can barely hear the neighbors (which is really important to me personally). Our maintenance requests have been taken care of within 24 hours, and everyone who we've interacted with has been professional and f
The people at Creekside apartments were so helpful and friendly with the application process and the move in. So far we love living there. It is a great community for our pup and us. The grounds are pleasant and it's location to shopping and dining is wonderful. We haven't needed any service requests as of yet so I can't review them
The apartments are pretty good. I have recently moved ina 2 bedroom/ 2 bathrrom apartment. It feels spacious enough. The outside area is neat and clean. The laundry rooms, trash area and the pool are well maintained. All the shopping areas are within a mile reach. The customer service has been excellent so far.
I haven't lived at Creekside long, but so far so great! The staff are friendly and the maintenance guys are quick and helpful. One maintenance guy even gave me a microwave because he had an extra and I didn't have one. How nice is that? I like that there's a dog park in the complex so I can kill all the energy my furbaby has. I like

I have lived at Creekside since 2004. My son moved in with me and then moved out on his own several years ago. He is now moving back and I am moving out. We have called Creekside our home with great pleasure since Creekside is great, awesome, modern, attentive and most friendly. I have seen changes in the staff at Creekside. Michelle
The management staff here gets it for prospective and current renters. Customer service is truly a priority which seems too rare given the high demand rental market in Denver currently.
I recently just had hardwood floors installed in my apartment, which is an AMAZING addition to my home, and I felt like it was a good time to write a review of the complex. I have been living at Creekside for 4 years and just renewed my lease for a 5th. The entire complex is cute and quaint. It is a bit older but they have been slowl

Great value for the price compared to similar listings in the area. I have been here for about 7 months and am pretty happy. Fist and foremost the Maintenance team is top notch. They typically respond to my service requests immediately and resolve them in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained and facilities are kept up to
So far living here has been great. Its a quite and clean community. The staff is incredible and is a major reason I chose to live here. My service orders get fulfilled very fast when I need them. A big plus was being so close to trails, parks, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is a bit old and small but is well maintained and m
So far Creekside Apartments has been wonderful. My bathroom fan sounded like it was ready to die and the serviceman actually CALLED ME to see if "now was a good time to come by." I have lived in apartments for a long time and that has never happened. OUTSTANDING customer service. Their leasing agent, James, is WONDERFUL. Whatev

I have lived at Creekside over four years. The new office staff and maintenance staff are very personable and professional. I submitted maintenance request and have received excellent service. Also, I like the fact that the property manager will respond to any concerns about your apartment or the property. I have enjoyed living at Cr
Not the best location but great apartment complex for the price. Maintenance is fast and professional. They have updated the community amenities from when I moved in 1 year ago... When I first moved in the Credit Card machines for laundry room were consistently down and Volleyball sand was rocky and net broken. Both of these issues h
After living at Creekside for two years I can attest that most of the negative reviews here are overblown. The leasing agents and maintenance staff are wonderful and very professional. They have been available every time I come into the office and have taken care of any maintenance issues right away. It was never difficult for me to
I've been here about twenty months and really enjoy living here. The complex is not brand new and is obviously dated, but everything works OK and the location on the bike path is great. I've had maintenance issues but they've all been resolved in a timely manner. The area around my apt is quiet and the neighbors don't bother me at al
I absolutely love it here. The high ceilings, wood flooring, and balcony facing the creek make Creekside the best deal in Cherry Creek. I spent Sunday...
I have been here for over 2 years and I really like it. Maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have never had an issue with the staff. I really like the neighborhood, close to everything you could ever need and a short taxi to Downtown or South Broadway. I love taking my dog running on the trail right ac
Lived here 10 months, the apartment has been good, professional management, the handful of maintenance issues I've had have usually been fixed within a day, and it's pretty quiet (both around the property of the complex and between neighbors).Biggest annoyance is the nickel-and-diming, big & small: $150 one-time admin fee, $5/month p
Creekside is a gem considering it teeters on the brink of being in Glendale. Glendale, Colorado - Home of 5,000 apartment dwellers all on the verge of starvation. I picked this apartment because although the layout was small and the kitchens were barely functional, it had a beautiful landscape and pleasant neighbors. I found most
Okay, I lived in Creekside Apartments for 1 year, and I have to say, my apartment was very nice. I am appalled that so many reviews are so bad, jesus! I did have maintenance issues, i.e my window and cupboards. However, they were so prompt that it wasn't an issue. Also, I am moving to New Jersey soon, and have been doing research o
