Pet Fee: The Lodge at Willow Creek has a $400 dog deposit and a $300 cat deposit (half refundable on both dog and cat). There can be two (2) pets per apartment (dogs or cats only). Dogs are restricted by breed and size (75 lb. maximum). Certain breeds prohibited (ask for details). Pet Rent: $15 per pet/month.
