Location is key. This building is right on Speer giving quick access to down town and the interstate. Unfortunately the rest of the building is just not worth the price tag. The complex clearly cares more about money than giving a luxury experience. I pay $45 for a potential parking spot that I can barely fit my compact car in. I

Love this place!! Friendly staff and awesome tenants. The maintenance crew is fantastic and keeps the buildings spotless and in ship shape.
Even though in years past, Parkway may have had some problems, we are now in our 13th year of living here and believe the Property Manager and ALL staff are now the very best. We think some folks use the site to anonymously vent issues that are simply their personal "axes to grind" with little or no basis in fact-or certainly things
Living at Marquis at the Parkway is AWESOME! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. There is a good mix of people who live here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They host lots of fun events like doggie day at the pool and a Halloween costume contest - Great way to meet new people. Nice apartments for a reasonable price!
