Friendly staff, spacious apartments, and a decent price. Love the underground parking...even though it is a little cramped.
I lived their for two years but of course that was 30years ago they Parliament was brand new in fact they were still building it when I moved in Golden corral just down the street rent for a two bedroom then was about 1,000 a month very nice back then. Man I nailed some of the hottest vaginas in the state while living there. Great
I spent almost 3 years at Parliament Apartments. The leasing teams I worked with were always pleasant and resolved my issues. The pricing of the apartments are absurd. The renovations really aren't that great. The two month notice to vacate is also frustrating. especially when they have been able to turn around units quickly. The l
Every person in the office other than Deana is incompetent and ignorantly blissful. We were on hold for a specific apartment and were in the process of getting it when the day comes to finalize everything, some new guy apparently gave it to someone else even when Deana told her coworker that it was on hold. Oh and their carports are
I've lived in the Parliaments for over a year now. I just resigned my lease and was happy to do so! Yes my rent went up when I renewed my lease however that has happened at every apartment I have ever lived in and is just the results of an ever changing market and cost of life. Just like anywhere you live, I have had scenarios whe
The parliament apartments are awesome!! Our apartment is newly updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Not only do they look beautiful, but they are also affordable to the area and the light rail is SO close. The parliament staff is super friendly and very willing to help out if you need anything. Love this p
There have been some hiccups as you can see with the comments below but I liked this complex for a few reasons.1. My unit and the grounds were well-maintained, making this one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. 2. The office staff was kind, knew me by name, and always made me feel like they were happy to see me when I
I've lived at The Parliament apartments for a year now. I chose this complex because it's affordable and the location (DTC/walking distance to bars). They are in the process of renovating the apartments- which is a plus! (granite counter tops/stainless steel appliances/wooden floors/ and cherry cabinets in the kitchen area). I wen
Parliament Apartments are great! Yes, the apartments are older...but they've been in the process of renovating them and the newer models look terrific! Ours was an older model. In the time we lived there the staff was always very helpful and courteous. Typically, any problems were resolved the same day or the next. Troy, the Com
I love living here, the management company is always very responsible and responsive to noise complaints and repairs. The residents are nice and it is very quiet and comfortable. It is the best apartment complex I have lived in the country. And the pool is open year round!
The staff is super friendly. The leasing agent Dominique was friendly, personable, patient, and helped me find an part men that was right for me without the pressure. This is definitely a community worth looking into
I stayed in Parliament Apartments for almost a year, till my job made me move. The biggest advantage about the apartment is its location. Its near to the DTC area and very well connected. Its a short distance from I25 & I225 and about a mile from RTD rail station.Office staff are great here. They are pleasant and friendly and take car
There is a little miscommunication in the leasing office at Parliament Apartment complex. I was originally put off from this community and decided not to rent because of the disaster in the office. I walked out of there and didn't intend on returning. Luckily Dominique (one of the gals in the office) called me to see if there was any
When I rented my apartment here in January 2013 I thought "OMG what a great deal I'm getting, this is amazing!" I got underground, garage parking, a cute little 1b/1b corner unit, and a great rate! Not to mention the pool and hot tub are open year round and the complex is in a pretty nice area right across from an elderly community! M
I currently live here and love it. Haven't had any issues with management or my apartment.
Have been living here a couple of months now, definetly loving it. I see some of the comments here and wonder if they did a clean up of their staff, because whenever I need something they are very helpful. I will say the parking situation is pretty harsh, but I am too cheap to pay for a carport. There are 2 kinds of buildings here
I love living here. The location is perfect. Easy access to I-25 and I-225, grocery stores, restaurants, parks etc. I love the fact that I have a washer and dryer in my unit. The complex is very safe. I feel comfortable walking around by myself at night (was one of my deciding factors of living here). Any maint. requests I have
