I have never seen any bugs besides flies inside my apartment and the only person in management that is incompetent is the bitchy brunette with glasses. I agree with previous commentators on the quickness of maintenance to address any issues. Usually someone is over within an hour; sometimes if it's not urgent, it'll be 24 hours. Its been 4 months since am living here .. Location is the best thing when it comes to Overlook Apt since it is the downtown. Very easy access to Light Rail and Bus route no.1 , 16.. Best for students from UCD, CCD and MSU.
