Horribly kept apartments. Management and maintenance are incompetent. Communication with main office is similar to talking to a brick wall. Any work order maintenance completes feels improvised. Appliances are unbelievably cheap and unreliable- my fridge was 48 degrees but was still running so they never replaced or fixed, washer/dryer combo hardly does either. The bathtub backs up twice a month with sewage and the toilet clogs simultaneously, no fix for it, multiple work orders. Leaky windows,... horrible ventilation/air flow, and non-vetted neighbors are the icing on top.
Pool deck is nice (when they keep it clean).
