Maximum of 2 pets per home. Additional rent per month for: cats $20; dogs $40. The pet deposit for: cats $200; dogs $250. Dogs in the apartment homes have a weight limit of 35 lbs. while in the town homes dogs up to 100 lbs. Deposit and rent are per pet. are allowed. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
