2 pets per apartment home. We currently have no weight restrictions however, All dogs must be at least one year of age, and no pit bulls or mix including a pit bulls are permitted! Pet Rent - $20 per month for1 pet, $30 for 2. Pet Fee - Dogs are $150 deposit + $150 non-refundable fee and Cats are $150 deposit +$150 non-refundable fee. All Dogs must be interviewed by office staff prior to move in! We reserve the right to refuse any aggressive pets. We will need the following information about your pet: Breed, age, sex, weight, date of last rabies shot, city of license, license number and veterinary name and number.
