Pet Policy

We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home. We currently have no weight restrictions however, All dogs must be at least one year of age! Pet Rent - $25 per month per pet. Pet Fee - Dogs are $400 non-refundable and Cats $200 non-refundable. All Dogs must be interviewed by office staff prior to move in! We reserve the right to refuse any aggressive pets. We will need the following information about your pet: Breed, age, sex, weight, date of last rabies shot, city of license, license number and veterinary name and number.
