Pet Policy

Pets are restricted to cats and dogs only. Must be 30lbs or under, 12 inches at the shoulder or less, and must be full grown (no puppies or kittens) One pet per apartment home. (No Reptiles/Rodents) Pet Fees: A one-time pet fee of $300 ($200 non refundable) is due prior to any pet being housed. You must sign a pet agreement prior to any pet being housed. $25 per month pet rent is due with each monthly rent payment. Pets must be, at least one year of age. PETS MUST NOT EXCEED 30 LBS. and MUST BE NO MORE THAN 12 INCHES AT THE SHOULDER.
