Pet Policy
We allow dogs and cats. Dog - We have a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (for up to 2 pets), and a refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet and the pet rent is only $25.00 a month per pet. We also only allow two pets per apartment. For our breed restrictions we do not accept Rotweilers, Doberman Pincher, Chow, Pit-bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull Mix, German Sheperd, Mastiff, Dalmation, Presa Canario, Stafford Bull Terrier, and Wolf Mix.
