Pet Policy
Cats & Dogs Welcome! Cats must be spayed/neutered and kept indoors. Dog breed restrictions include Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, & Akitas. Two pet maximum (combined weight for pets must be under 100 lbs). There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet + $100 refundable deposit and $25/month pet rent per pet. If pet is under 1 year of age the deposit and fees are doubled. Birds accepted if caged.
