Pet Policy

Cats & Dogs Welcome! Cats must be spayed/neutered and kept indoors. Dogs must be under 100lbs. & breed restrictions include Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, & Akitas. Two pet maximum (combined weight for dogs must be under 100 lbs). There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet + $25/month pet rent per pet. If pet is under 1 year of age the non-refundable pet fee is $400 per pet + $40/month pet rent per pet. Birds accepted if caged.
