As my year lease comes to a close I wish I could renew but I am moving for another job. Everything was great, staff and administration were very professional. Also, the price is probably the best bang for your buck near lodo and cap hill. Would renew again.

We're a young family and we LOVE it here! Been here 7 months so far. The staff has been great since day one...and I mean the WHOLE staff...leasing...
I've been a resident here since September of last year and I couldn't be more happy with my apartment. The location is awesome, 1 block from a light rail stop and walking distance to bars, restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment itself has hardwood flooring in the entire unit, high ceilings and large windows. I love how the na

Really enjoying my space so far! The team in the office has been great and made everything extremely easy. Looking forward to my time here.
Super easy and friendly move-in process! Sebastian was great, very helpful and nice! All the neighbors I have encountered so far have been really friendly as well! I love living here!

The location is amazing for downtown Denver. The staff is very helpful. The building security is nice too. I would defiantly recommend the lofts to a friend or anyone looking to move to Denver.
Ive been here 7 years. Great location and very good management. Solid value for the price..
The staff here is really friendly and professional. Ease of use is great and premises and very clean.
Excellent value for the location. If you're not into urban living you will not like this place, so stay in the suburbs. However, if your ARE into living downtown then this place is great. Nice front office staff & quick response times, from payment issues to maintenance. Very close to 16th Street Mall and one block radius from THREE
Living in the Bank Building has been totally sweet, but for a few problems. We had a bit too much noise due to construction, but it was over quickly and management was very helpful in coming to an agreement regarding the noise. Definitely a worthwhile place to live. What you get for your dollar is really fantastic, a great value. Con
I have lived in the Bank Lofts for 6 years!! Over the years I have enjoyed my renting experience. Everyone that works there is always do nice and helpful. It's a fairly quiet community. Living downtown make it easy to get anywhere. Check it out you don't get any closer to a downtown loving experience than this!!
It's all good! It's not city luxury, but it's safe and decent and honest and I love my place. They do weird things like any apartment building does....
They don't change the blinds when you move in. Range was missing drip pans, and they nickel and dime you to death. But, it a gorgeous building, with a...
Lived here for 1 year. It's cheap and down town - close to EVERYTHING. Parking is absolutely the worst part about living here. You can lease a spot at one of the surrounding private lots (80-150/mo.) which makes life a lot easier or just gamble with street parking. The noise is bad but, like anything, you get used to it. My GF and I
I've seen a lot of residence come and go in my fourteen years in residence at the Boston Lofts, and I have a few things to say to them and would be tenants. If you are / were looking for quiet, pristine maintenance, amenities like a pool, new construction, and "perfect" neighbors, Move to Cherry Hills Village and Pay the Price or an
We recently moved out of the Bank Lofts. We were there 2 years and really liked living there. It was great living downtown overall. We were new to Denver and it was great to be able to walk everywhere, tons of great restaurants, bars, museums, the library, etc... everything is downtown. Being downtown was our priority and within the
I have lived here for almost 4 years and cant imagine living anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE the office and maintenance staff. Both buildings are stunning in architecture and offer many different layouts. There are restaurants, bookstores, bars, public transportaion, shopping , gyms, and anything else you could want seconds to minut
Seriously, I think this place is great. We have a ton of **huge** windows in our place, high ceilings, views of beautiful old buildings, and you can walk to tons of stuff. Plus we pay just slightly more than I was paying in Wheat Ridge. This is NOT a fake review. I love it here. The only bad part is parking.
