We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home. We reserve the right to choose the pets we are accepting. Breed restricitons apply. Pet Deposit: For one pet, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. For two pets, a $300 non-refundable fee is required. Pet Rent: $30 per month, $45 per month for 2 pets.
