We permit up to (2) cats or (1) dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 at move-in There is a rent premium of $15.00 per month for one cat and $25.00 per month for two cats. There is a $25.00 rent premium for a dog. Dogs must be under 25 lbs. at full adult weight. Breed Restrictions apply.
