Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $300 non-refundable fee for cats and dogs and a 40 pound weight limit. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

1.From I-10: Travel I-10 west as if driving to Katy, exit Dairy Ashford, turn South at the light, and continue about 10 minutes down until you cross over Westpark Rd. The 2nd side street after Westpark Rd. on the right hand side will be Brant Rock Drive (where the EZ tag store is located on the corner), you will turn right, and we are the first complex on the right around the turn in the street. 2.From Beltway 8/Sam Houston Toll Road: Exit Westpark/Harwin, turn west towards Hwy 6, and continue driving to Dairy Ashford which is about 8 minutes. On Dairy Ashford turn left, and continue down until you cross over Westpark Rd.
