We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. We accept cats and dogs up to 40 lbs. There is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Directions

From Houston: Take Hwy 288 south for 48 miles. Exit at Richwood/2004 and turn left at the light, east on 2004. Turn right at the light at Old Angleton Road (there will be a Bucees Convenience store on your right). Stay on Old Angleton Road, past another Bucees Convenience store on the right. Continue straight on Old Angleton Road until you come to a three-way stop, which is Brazoswood Drive. Turn right. We are the second community on the right. Look for the big Fisherman's Wharf sign and follow the signs to the leasing office.
