Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 40 lbs. $300 On Time Pet Pet Fee for both cats and dogs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

From Houston: Take Hwy 288 south for 48 miles. Exit at Richwood/2004 and turn left at the light, east on 2004. Turn right at the light at Old Angleton Road (there will be a Bucees Convenience store on your right). Stay on Old Angleton Road, past another Bucees Convenience store on the right. Continue straight on Old Angleton Road until you come to a three-way stop, which is Brazoswood Drive. Turn right. We are the second community on the right. Look for the big Fisherman's Wharf sign and follow the signs to the leasing office.
