Pets are welcome assets to our community. We have an 80lbs total weight limit and a maximum of two pets per family, please. There is a $200 deposit(per pet, fully refundable). There is also a $10 monthly pet fee(per pet). Breed restrictions include Akita, Rotweiller, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman and German Shepards or any mix of these breeds. We also have a NEW BARK PARK!
