The rent is cheaper than most places for a reason, the management goes the cheapest route in every avenue possible. I'd like to be proven wrong, but that requires management to actually spend the money to properly fix and maintain units instead of tree trimmings.

Our team is committed to addressing maintenance needs properly and... thoroughly. While tree trimming is one of the many safety and property-care projects we handle, it does not take priority over essential repairs inside our homes. When maintenance concerns are reported, we work with our onsite team and our vendors to ensure they are resolved correctly — not just quickly.

My experience living at Avana Rancho Cucamonga has not been positive. There have been ongoing concerns with safety, including theft, car break-ins, and individuals sleeping in shared spaces like the laundry room. I’ve also noticed frequent marijuana use in the community, which affects the overall environment.
Additionally, interactions with management have been disappointing. The staff often come across as unprofessional and unhelpful, and there seems to be a lack of accountability when issues... are raised. Overall, these concerns have made it difficult to feel comfortable and secure living here.

Do not make the mistake of living here. The location is nice, but the management has changed in recent years, and you will regret it. Maintenance has also declined, as the skilled personnel have left. During my entire stay, I never made a late payment or caused any problems, I was a very good tenant. When I moved out, they gave me no clear instructions and never inspected my apartment while I was still there. After I left, they inspected the unit on their own, even though I had left it in... reasonable condition with nothing broken and only normal wear and tear. They claimed they needed to repaint and replace the carpets, something that is standard whenever someone moves out (also Maintenance did tell me they were going to renovate the unit as I was living in an old style apartment) and then charged me an excessive amount for ridiculous reasons. After reaching out to them to ask for an explanation and to possibly cancel or reduce the amount, the management replied very nasty, with no intention of helping or even listening to me.In summary, they told me, ‘This is what we noticed, and you have to pay.

My experience is OK. It used to be good in the beginning but , overtime things have changed and there has to be big changes to this community.
