We have been living at Waterbrook for 3 months now and have not many problems. Parking can be an issue but we plan who comes home first to get the open parking spot. Maintenance normally responds by the next morning and have always fixed what is broken. We have not had any issues with the office staff and are always polite when we go
I really enjoy this complex however there are a few problems concerning it. The price is fair, however it is kind of woerd that they do not pay for any utilities. You share your water, gas and trash bill with the other tenants in your building so if they use a lot, you have to pay for it. The grounds and the interior are very nice.
