I have been here for seven years and just recently signed for another year. Yes the complex is old. It was built in the 70's. It has very recently been purchased by a Venture Capitol group and they have been putting millions of dollars in rehabbing the apartments. They have recently upgraded on the inside of the apartments. All new black appliances. Which I love, but there are somethings that are just not right about the apts. The back looks like the Ghetto and the front is a bit nicer. I heard it use to be a halfway house for addicts along time ago, and that the section 8 apartments are in th

Like all apartment communities, some people will love and some will hate it. There is bad and there is good. The landscape is beautiful and has a very peaceful feel.
