I really like my apartment too ...

I really like my apartment too. Home sweet home! I have lived here for over 2 years now. It is fairly quiet, great price for the area, and a pretty nice place to live. I had some problems with parking and neighbors who couldn't figure out what the yellow lines meant, but other than that, nice place.

I have been a resident for over ...

I have been a resident for over 3 years now and love it at River Road! The staff couldn't be nicer. They accept my packages at the office, let me use the copy and fax machine and are always so nice when I call or come into the office. Maintenance was not so good when I moved in but has improved. I think they had some staff change

Can't complain!

Been a resident for almost 4 years and I'm shocked to read some of the reviews from 2005. I haven't experienced anything close to that! The staff has always gone out of their way when I needed anything and for the north side you can't beat the price. I have no complaints!

Only good things to say!!

I moved in last year and am getting ready to renew my lease. I can't think of a bad thing to say about this place. Everything has been great so far. I have lived at River Road for about two years now and I love my apartment. Is is very spacious and a good price. I will be renewing my lease again in the next couple of months becauce it is just such a great place to live. The grounds are really mature and beautiful. Are these people crazy?

I can't believe some of the comments on these previous reviews! I have lived at River Road for almost 6 years and have not experienced any of these problems. It's obvious to me as I read some of these that there are too many bitter people in this world.

Great Place To Live!!

This is the third apartment I have lived in the last 5 years and by far the best. The staff couldn't be nicer and I have no problems with maintenance. Occassionally parking can be tight but I've had that problem everywhere I've lived. The location is great and the apartment is priced right! I got a really good special when I move
