Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Additional rent for pets is $28 per month. The one-time pet fee is $210. Monthly per Pet Rent, and One-Time non-refundable per pet fee applies for both cats and/or dogs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Directions

Scandia has apartments for rent in Indianapolis, Indiana, 18 miles northeast of downtown Indy. Our community is located at 9250 Kungsholm Drive, which is near Allisonville Road and 96th Street. From I-465, take the Allisonville Road exit on the northeast side of town and head north on Allisonville Road. Scandia is located on the west side of Allisonville Road (on the left), just north of 91st Street and 1 block south of 96th Street. Watch for our signs. From I-69, take the 96th Street exit and head west for approximately 2 miles. Turn left on Allisonville Road (at a stoplight). Scandia is just ahead on the right. Watch for our signs.
