Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 35 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $10 per month. The pet deposit is $200. Deposit is per pet. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. Because apartment living is not conducive to certain breeds, we regret we cannot accommodate the following: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
