We are a pet friendly community! We accept large, cuddly pets up to 100 lbs. and have the highest weight limit in Hendricks County! Your cost is just a one time pet fee(non refundable) of $149 depending on size. Your monthly pet fee is only $15 per pet, with a two pet maximum. We also provide pet stations throughout our community for your convenience!
