The good; There are no cock roaches, the view is nice, there's a garage and washer and dryer on the enclosed patio. The neighbors are quiet respectful for the most part. Its a nice relaxing atmosphere. Everything has been painted and cleaned up. I think they are trying to be a better place recently. As apartments go they aren't bad.
