We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 pet fee per pet, no pet rent, and no weight limit. We are a pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Straffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Fieldcrest is located approximately 20 minutes Southeast of Downtown Jacksonville. From Interstate 95 North: Take the J. Turner Butler Boulevard exit to Southside Blvd South Exit. Make an immediate right onto the access road. There is a Publix on the left and FCCJ on the right. Fieldcrest will be on your right. Follow the signs to our leasing office where our leasing team is waiting to welcome you to your new home. From Interstate 95 South: Exit on Baymeadows east and travel about 7 miles then left on Old Baymeadows Road there will be a Publix on the right FCCJ on the left turn left onto the service road and Fieldcrest is about 4.5 miles down on the left.
