Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our non refundable pet fee per apartment home is $300 for pets up to 45 lbs and $400 for pets over 46 lbs along with a $10/month pet rent. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepard's or Rottweiler's.
