Villages of Baymeadows is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home with a 80lb weight restriction. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for each pet. There is no additional monthly pet rent. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
