Solid experience
Moved in here recently and so far it's been great! My apartment smells fresh, great amenities for my boy and the staff was very attentive!
My unit took a few more days to be ready, but in overall a solid experience!

Lakeside Nest is right across Jacksonville University. Prices are affordable and it is peaceful.

Very good experience
I've been here for about 5 months now, and it's been a solid experience. The location is handy and whenever something needs to be fixed in my place, they sort it out fast. The team is great, they're always friendly and helpful!

I love it
I moved in to the Lakeside Nest 3 months ago with my family. It is a peaceful community and my kids love the basketball court. The complex has also plenty of parking. Management team has treated me very well so I am happy to recommend it to other people.
