Pet Policy

All pets must be over 1 year of age. We do not allow puppies or kittens. The deposit for a cat is $200.00 of which $100.00 is non-refundable. A monthly charge of $15.00 per month will be charged as a pet fee for a cat. The deposit for a dog is $300.00 of which $150.00 is non-refundable. A monthly charge of $25.00 per month will be charge as a pet fee for a dog. All dogs over 40 lb. must be interviewed by the manager and approved. The manager has the right to deny your pet without cause and require a pet interview if the pet is more than 40 lb. We require that you pick up after your pet and that you understand that by housing a pet in an apartment your obligated for any and all pet damage. You will be required to sign a pet agreement which will be an addendum to your lease agreement.
