Pet Policy

There is an additional $300.00 deposit for one pet pets or $400.00 for 2 pets. Half of the pet deposit is non-refundable. There is an additional non-refundable pet rent of: $25.00 per month. Due the 1st day of each month. Any fish tank over 10 gallons has a $100.00 refundable deposit. No fish tanks over 40 gallons. There is a 2 pet limit and a 35 pound limit. In our townhomes only we will allow one pet up to 65 pounds or 2 pets up two 35 pounds. No aggressive breeds. No reptiles, guinea pigs, ferrets or rabbits. A reasonable amount of birds and small rodents are accectable but must be caged at all times.
