I moved into the Falls recently, and I am more than satisfied! The best part for me was the friendly office staff. They worked to make my move as hassle free as possible, and gave me a fantastic apartment! I love that my utilities are included in my rent, soooo much more convenient! The staff here is so nice and very helpful! My friend lives here and I often visit. I love her apartment. It's so cute and they have everything here! The pool is amazing and so is the coffee cafe! Not to mention she gets to tan and work out with a personal trainer for FREE! I am jealous!
The Falls is in a great location (I-35 and I-635) and has some great amenities, but the units themselves are small and were cheaply constructed. If you're looking for a permanent residence, keep looking.
