We also understand and take seriously... the concerns you’ve raised regarding security, community rule enforcement, and pest control. Our team has been actively implementing several community-wide improvements, including enhanced patrol coverage, continued access control and camera system upgrades, and increased enforcement of community policies related to leash requirements and designated smoking restrictions.

In addition, we will be launching comprehensive community-wide pest control treatment plans this summer as part of our continued proactive efforts to address pest concerns across the property.

Resident feedback is essential as we continue improving The Chadwick, and we encourage residents to report any immediate concerns regarding trespassing, after-hours disturbances, or violations directly to patrol for real-time response, while our office team remains available during business hours to assist with ongoing concerns and solutions.

We understand that transitioning to a new system can take some... adjustment. The recent upgrade to ButterflyMX was implemented as part of a larger security enhancement for the community. This system allows us to better control and monitor access points, ensure that only verified lease-holding residents and their approved guests can enter, and reduce unauthorized entry. It also gives residents the ability to manage guest access remotely, which adds an extra layer of convenience once fully set up.

Our goal is always to balance convenience with security, and this upgrade plays a big role in protecting both our residents and the property long term. We’re still in the final optimization stages and truly appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue refining the system.
