Maximum of 2 pets per home. Additional rent for pets is $150 per month. The pet deposit is $1000. Our refundable deposit is per apartment. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

Going north on I-405, take I-10 east to the Overland/National exit. Turn right off the exit ramp and then right again onto Overland. Follow Overland to Pico and turn right. Follow Pico past Fox Studios and turn right onto Ambassador St., which is one light after Century Park East. We're one block west of the Museum of Tolerence and across the street from 24 Hour Fitness. Going south on I-405, take the Pico /Olympic exit. Follow the signs to Pico and turn left.
