I have lived in apartments for over 20 years and have never had an experience like this. This is THE worse place I have ever lived. There is a serious bug problem (and these are very large bugs) and trash problem (with the accompanying varmints). The apartments are poorly constructed and you can hear everything. They make no effort t

Will miss all the staff, especially Brooke the manager..

Sorry to have to leave but my family needs me closer to them. Thank you all so much for everything. And Brooke when I was locked out of my car, thank you so much for getting me prompt help. Would have missed an important interview had you not helped me. Also for all the staff for being so sweet. Not alot of good people these days but

While looking for affordable living in Lexington

While looking for affordable living in Lexington I was very impressed by this property. The grounds were well kept and the management was very nice. I also went at night & the property looked pretty safe. I spoke with several residents to be sure before I committed myself to an agreement and they assured me they loved it there. I

If you don't like it, buy yourself a freaking house in the sticks. Brandywine is an awesome place to live. I love it here. I just renewed my lease for 2012!

I lived here for three years and moved to a much pricier complex in Lexington (Bridle Creek). I wish I would have stayed at Brandywine! The office staff was responsive and fixed all problems. The pools are open early in the season and are reliably open all summer. Great place--especially for the price!

A Place to Call Home

Brandywine is in a great, convenient, location of Lexington. They have amenties that you can't find anywhere for the price of the competitor's apartments. The apartments are very well maintained with a 48 hour maintenance guarantee, also with a 30 day money-back guarantee, they make sure you are happy from the beginning. The office s

I read some of the other reviews, but I couldn't relate. I'm a college student so I like Brandywine because it is affordable, safe, and clean. The management has always been very kind to me and the maintenance staff is great. Maintenance will be there to fix your problems within an hour or two, in my experience, and they are frien

nice apartments by Neal S. at InsiderPages

I lived here for four years and was overall satisfied with the apartments. The apartments were nicely decorated but they were small. The rent is about the average rate for the area and is based on whether you want a one bedroom or two bedroom. They have two pools, tennis court, and laundry facilitiies. I did have a problem with them
