I live in the non-smoking building (love it)...been there for 1.5+ years and totally happy. Staff is super, super nice. Costs seem fair and are the main decision for me to go there vs. elsewhere. Undergroung parking (very warm over the winter). Like ANYWHERE the building is only as good as its tenants - currently it's great! Som
