Each apartment home is only steps from the outside! We love dogs and cats!! We even have doggy treats in the office! Each apartment home is only steps from the outside! Bring both your dogs, or your dog and cat, we allow two pets per apartment. We do charge pet rent ($15/month/pet), but isn't your four-legged friend worth it? Call us for more details about weight limits and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is $200 for one pet and $300 for two. The pet fee is $200 for one pet and $300 for two and is non-refundable.
