the year i lived there was despicable and i was taken to court because i refused to pay rent due to their negligence and lies
I've read a lot of bad reviews for this place, and maybe I'm just lucky, but I've yet to experience most of the stated issues in the year I've been here. My one maintenance issue, a busted garbage disposal, was taken care of the following afternoon. I've enjoyed the upgrades made to the fitness center and the grilling areas as well.
Quite honestly, Village Park of Bloomington was the WORST place I have ever lived.
I would never recommend ayone to live in this apartments, they aren't so great but their price is extremelly high for the services they offer. This is the worst place to live! The office personnel are rude and they are hardly in the office anyways. Our garage has a hole in the wall and we can see into other people's garages. It is loud every night with music and the fire alarms go off at least once a week. Every weekend there is throw up in the hallways and the laundry room
Village Park of Bloomington has some of the nicest apartments in the area, The pool, climbing wall, outdoor sand volleyball court and picnic areas are super for family fun and activities.
As you search for your perfect apartment, please keep in mind that rental rates (including specials and discounts) and availability are very fluid in the apartment industry. Based on many factors, the rental rates (including specials and discounts) and availability can actually change not just daily, but hourly, if not even more quickly. While our advertisers do take steps to keep their information current, the rental rates or availability you may find here now at ForRent.com may not be the same as when you contact the communities.
