Pet Policy

Raven Hill is Pet Friendly! However, there are a few breeds we do not accept: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Two pets per apartment maximum, and there is a 40 lb weight limit. $300 non-refundable fee for one pet; $400 non-refundable fee for two pets; monthly fees apply, too: $25/one cat, $35/two cats; $35/one dog, $50/two dogs.
