They fix things very fast, very clean community and quiet. I just Do Not like the fact that their rents go up every single year and they also Do Not know how to deal with the smoking issue!!!

Tried to tour
Set up a date and time to tour these apartments. Got there (early) and there was no one in the office. There was a sign on the door saying they were closed and should’ve been back for 15 mins before the appointment. Called the phone number to check that I had my dates and times right but the phone was either off the hook or busy. I haven’t received any call or email to check in about it either.

Do your homework before you move in
Rented here for over 2 years, and it was one issue after another. However, when we did finally move out we did receive fair compensation for all the troubles we had so I'll spare the details. Just want to offer some advice to anyone thinking about moving here.
Make sure you are able to look at the actual unit you'll be renting. The room layout and quality of our unit was completely different than what they showed us, and the pictures they show online.
For example, the unit we just moved out of... is now posted on Apartments.com and shows pictures of a completely different unit that even has a different layout. Also the description says walk-in closets and a balcony, which this unit doesn't have.
Inspect and document everything with pictures such as closets, cabinets, walls, trim, carpeting, etc. because you might be in for a surprise. These are very damp and musty buildings so expect water damage at some point, and don't expect it to get permanently fixed.

Loud music all hours of the night
I would not recommend living here. I have called the apartment complex and emailed them about a neighbor playing loud music all hours of the night and nothing is done. I was told that it was a quiet place when I moved in but it is far from that.
