2 pets allowed. Must be full grown, preferrably neutered, spayed and cats declawed. There is a $250 pet fee for dogs 0-35lbs. plus $100 deposit and $15 per month pet rent per pet. Dogs 36lbs. and over require a $350 pet fee and a $100 deposit, plus $15 per month, per pet.
