Pet Policy

Cats or dog. Maximum two pets per apartment with $150 pet deposit and $150 pet fee held back for cleaning and deodarizing of carpet upon move out. Pet rent monthly $15 for a cat and $25 for a dog. Dogs must be under 30 pounds full grown and be of the non agressive breed.
