We lived in Cedars 94 for 3 years. Good: heated underground parking garage. Bad: you almost have to pay for a parking spot in the garage because the street parking sucks. 22nd Ave is always full, and for god's sake do NOT park on 9th street. I walked down 9th street one morning and saw 6 cars with their windows smashed out. There's a

Good quality for the price
This is the best property in the area. Close to shopping, the U of M, Augsburg college, on the bus line. It has great amenities like an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, party room, heated garage.
