Terrible place to live
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The district manager told me they do not have to fix anything as it is not necessary to have appliances in your home. With that said it is overpriced units that need alot of updating. If you live here expect to have maintenance in your home weekly. That is if they decide they want to fix your issue.

Theft
Horrible twice my car has been broke into and attempted to be stolen in one week both times locked. My neighbors car had parts stolen from it a month ago, and then his whole car stolen its ridiculous and all the people say they will do is increase security ridiculous.

Sunset Ridge Townhomes
Three years ago my then fiancé, 3 year old daughter and I were looking for a place to move. We were told about Sunset Ridge by some friends and decided to check it out. Friendly staff, interesting neighbors and close to everything. We have Skatedaze across the street. Near several shopping centers including Oakview mall. Within the Millard school district. Onsite maintenance for quick resolution. The only problem we have had has been some vandelism during Halloween and being in the front row... of building so it is literally "sunset" ridge.Affordable, great location and nice people !
