When i first came across the apts ...

When i first came across the apts. i was stoked because the price is great and the apartment itself is very nice. I dont have too many bad things to say about the place. Except after your 6 month lease is up they jack up your rent like $100.00 bucks. They wont let you sign a year lease. So i decided to move if they were going to keep

I've lived here for 2 years now ...

I've lived here for 2 years now and plan on renewing for a 3rd year. I absolutely LOVE my apartment. The staff is top notch. If you need something done they will do it that day or the following and they're all super friendly! I highly recommend living here:-)

Great place to live. friendly awesome staff who are very chill. spacious apartment for the low price, parking sucks, but it's downtown so what can you do. Great area to be if you like good food, live music, and awesome people! I live in a one bedroom and it is just the right amount of space for my husband and myself!

Unsafe?- not really. Bums live in the park behind the apt, yes. But they are pretty friendly and they don't bother anyone for money usually.
