I was debating between this place and Country Woods. The rent was about the same (slightly higher here) and the floor plans were nearly identical. I have lived here for about 6 years. When I first arrived, the buildings looked tired -- needed paint and a lot of freshing up. Well they did all that and more. I've lived here 8 months, and I ...

I've lived here 8 months, and I highly recommend it. There is a gym, pool, hot tubs, clubhouse, and very well kept lawns and landscaping. It's a peaceful neighborhood. They expedited the cleanup because I needed to move in quickly, and the place was in great shape. minor downsides: The style of the apartments is not super modern.
