Dog weight limit is 75 lbs. Additional rent per month for: cats $25; dogs $100. The pet deposit for: cats $200; dogs $500. Maximum 2 pets per home; dogs welcome in select buildings. $100/mo per dog up to 25 lbs and $150/dog 26-75 lbs. Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. Because apartment living is not conducive to certain breeds, we regret we cannot accommodate the following dogs or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
